Very Delightful & Good-For-You Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

This is magic. It’s like a mad scientist’s experiment: you put a bunch of things in a container and leave it overnight and BOOM. Except the end result is a get-in-my-belly delicious brekkie, not a terrifying monster.

Make a bunch of overnight oats at once and you can enjoy them for a week. And you can put them in cute little mason jars and it all be just too much, but in a good way.

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup bananas, sliced
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Add oats to a container of your choice (enter adorable mason jar) and pour in milk.

Stir in vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cinnamon.

Add layers of peanut butter and layers of sliced banana, alternating as you go.

Drizzle the whole thing with honey, Honey.

Stick it in the fridge and enjoy in the morning (or a few hours later!).
