Super Simple Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake


Double the chocolate, double the FUN. Our Dark Rainforest Chocolate peanut butter makes this mug cake absolutely irresistible. Get excited.


  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg (Or make a flax egg! You’ll need ground flax seed. Details below)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons honey (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Dark Rainforest Chocolate peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate chips (as many as you want)

To make a flax egg:

    • Stir 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed and 2 ½  tablespoons water
    • Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken

Whisk together the flour and baking powder in a bowl

Add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk the whole mixture together

Pour the mixture into a large mug (or you could split it up into two mugs to share...but eh…) and sprinkle chocolate chips on top

Nuke the mug in the microwave on full power for 2-3 minutes

Using all the patience you can muster, allow the cake to cool in the microwave for a couple of minutes

Reward your patience and gobble that thing up!
