You know those super trendy smoothie bowls everyone is posting pictures of these days? Yeah, you can make those too. Here’s how!
In your blender, blend together:
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup raspberries
You want this smoothie to be pretty thick, so start with a ¼ cup of milk and add the rest in if necessary.
Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top it with fruit, nuts, oats, peanut butter...literally anything. Here’s what I used:
- Sliced strawberries
- Sliced kiwi
- The very best part (duh): our traditional flavor peanut butter
