Recipe of the Week:  No Bake Cookie Dough Truffles

What you will need:
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Nut Butter Nation Traditional Recipe
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1.5 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt - optional  

Step 1: Mix water and powdered peanut butter until a peanut butter paste forms 

Step 2: Mix in almond flour, vanilla, Nut Butter Traditional Recipe, 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips, honey, and sea salt until you get back to the peanut butter paste consistency 

Step 3: Scoop out mixture and form into 6 small balls and place balls onto a non stick baking sheet 

Step 4: Put the sheet of peanut butter balls into the freezer to harden

Step 5: Microwave the remaining dark chocolate chips in 30 second increments or until completely melted

Step 6: Take the frozen balls out of the freezer and dip into the melted chocolate until each ball is covered 

Step 7: Place the balls back into the freezer until the chocolate is frozen and harden 

Step 8: ENJOY!
